  This place is absolutely amazing. Great customer service and great atmosphere. Everyone is very knowledgable about different kinds of tea and how to prepare them. They even had several different samples of tea for me o try and offered to make me more. I really enjoyed my experience.

  Stay away from this store. There is no such thing as browsing in peace, the salesgirl haunted me the entire time I was there, becoming defensive when I said I wasn't interested in purchasing a tea pot set. They do not tell you prices and shovel huge amounts of tea into containers that they charge extra for. I never said I wanted the container but the girl automatically put the tea in the large one. I laughed out load when she announced that my total was "ONLY" $22. For tea. Really?
  From what I have read this is typical of the "service" you get there. They are paid on bonus/commission so only the most aggressive sales types last. Best to just go elsewhere where prices are reasonable and staff is not overbearing.
