  Hardly ever get orders right (just coffee!) and employees are all zombies.
  This DD is very close to my house but I usually only go here if I'm running late. I won't be doing that ever again.
  This time, I ordered a large coffee with a little cream at the drive thru. The person taking the order repeated it and it was correct. I get my coffee and when I get to work, there is no creamer in the coffee, it's black. Not a big deal, I don't mind black coffee. I take a sip and gag, instead of cream, they put sugar in my coffee. I can't stand sugar in my coffee, it's horrible!
  The people here can't tell the difference between cream and sugar? Really????
  Stay away!!!

  I stop here sometimes when going upstate. Good place to stop any time of day since it's 24hrs.

  Worst DD Ever. Thieves! Almost always get the order wrong. Never offer napkins even when you get food. You have to ask for your receipt before your free drink scan code is printed on it and they keep it and they get annoyed at you, maybe they wanted your free drink? Coffee is often burnt and if not they either got the wrong flavor, forgot the flavor, or got the sweetener wrong. Since they opened only two employees worth their salt and they're gone. It is truly the worst ever and I believe they are stealing your free drinks or enabling others to by not giving you your receipt with the QR code on it

  Employees are mean, rude and straight out disrespectful. Coffee at this location also has an odd taste. I recommend you go to the other Dunkin' Donuts on route 46 or better yet the one in Denville is excellent.
