  Operating systems needs work. Aces in places. Why do you have an expo when their behind and the manager is consolidating. The dining room was a mess and the green tea was empty. Finally, MC Donald's bathrooms are cleaner then Panera bread... Why should I spend 13.00 here?

  The Rockaway Panera can get very busy on afternoons during the lunch rush (11 AM - 1 PM). The self-service kiosks are definitely a great addition to the store to ease the lines during this time. They are super convenient when you come in for just a cup of coffee with friends, etc. The staff are friendly and happy to let you sit and catch up with friends during slow hours, not looking to rush you out the door. If you're staying for lunch, the mac and cheese is one of my favorites!

  Good place. Convenient location. Usually I'm not able to interact w the employees because the seem to push the kiosk use, at least that was my first impression the first time I went there. So now that's all I do and I do rapid pick up here .
